Medical Billing Representative - Customer Service & Collections (Finance)
LOCATION: Admin Office in Park Plaza, will be moving to an east county location
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. (Opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of training and certain metric requirements (approximately 3 months).
COMPENSATION: Hourly compensation minimum is $20/hr. Hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience. Base Medical, Dental, and Rx Insurance premium is 100% paid for by Vancouver Clinic for full-time employees.
This person will provide excellent customer service over the telephone in a Call Center environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients who call with billing questions, and review account credit balances for possible refunds. This team also maintains Self-Pay accounts receivable at acceptable aging levels by prompt follow-up on accounts.

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
