Medicare Systems IT Project Management Senior Director- Cigna Healthcare- Remote (Finance)
As an enabler of Enterprise Strategic Priority for Medicare Advantage Growth, the Dedicated Medicare Operating Model (DMOM) program will drive a competitive administrative cost structure while delivering consistent, compliant operational performance. This will be accomplished through the implementation of a new operating model - transformation across people, process, and technology.
The Medicare Systems IT Project Management Senior Director is responsible for leading the delivery execution of the engineering for the DMOM platform. Responsibilities include the leadership of the end-to-end delivery of the core platforms for the Government Medicare Advantage business. The leader will work with the delivery areas to address technical decisions, delivery planning, quality engineering, production implementation and ongoing support of the platform.
This individual will work with business, technology, and solution teams to develop and execute the technology strategy for core business capabilities. This individual must possess a strong understanding of business processes and capabilities, both functional and end-to-end, and prioritize the engineering of critical business processes and capabilities.
This individual will be responsible for working closely with the business and technology leadership to share status, concerns and recommendations. The leader will be responsible for financial and budgetary management for multi-million-dollar budgets.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 170,300 - 283,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
