About Us:
Dura-Line, an Orbia Business & a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Production Supervisor for our Gainesville, Texas site.
This BRAND NEW position, you will lead and support a culture of safety, standardize operations on all shifts, changeover standardization/urgency, focus on scrap management, drive an operator based 5s culture, improve accountability, improve individualized coaching, develop succession plan within the shifts, foster quality, lean, and safety culture.

The compensation for this position will typically range from $74,000.00-$120,000.00. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
