Customer Service Representative 1 (Temporary) - Ripon (Administrative)
JOB SUMMARY
Once established after training, this position is responsible for processing a large volume of daily orders from receipt to invoicing. Working closely with team members and supervisor ensuring complete workflow. It is fast paced, challenging, complex, and demanding. It is an entry-level position. The learning curve is very steep, and productivity must be achieved within the first 60 - 90 days. The 10 key for order entry is a must and strong multi-tasking skills are essential. Will experience introduction into the world of supply chain and the wine industry. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of customer service involving high volumes of emails and data entry, preferably in roles directly interacting with distributors. This role is eligible for remote work.
