Operate equipment, monitor production processes, and document production activities following GDPs.
Troubleshoot issues and review documentation as appropriate to ensure flawless operations.
Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain an individual training plan.
Demonstrate proficiency at laboratory tasks, such as monitoring pH, conductivity, product sampling, etc.
Perform material movements, transfer materials and chemicals in, out, and across the production areas.
Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, supporting 6S programs to ensure a world-class environment.
Participate in administrative tasks – attending shift exchange, meetings, sending/receiving emails, and engaging in projects.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a dedication to the team's success and overall operational excellence.
Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent experience AS/BS preferred.
Preferred field of study: Science-related.
Working experience in manufacturing; cGMP setting preferred, and/or some experience as an Associate Level I in the bio-pharma industry.
Proven logic and decision-making abilities, with strong critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, reflecting a proven ability to collaborate and contribute effectively.

An outstanding night shift schedule from 7pm-7am, rotating every other week, allows you to join our motivated team. We offer shift differentials for weekend and night work to recognize our dedicated staff.
