Lightning Exteriors is seeking a Sales Consultants who can provide homeowners with a rock star experience. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of their local market. He/she will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. He/she will understand quality control and instruct subcontractors in regards to tasks that need to be completed, ensuring all workmanship is done to our high standards. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify opportunitiesDocument sales by creating and updating customer records in CRMSource and develop client referralsPrepare sales action plans and strategiesMaintain customer databaseMake sales calls to new and existing clientsMake presentations of company products and services to current and potential clientsNegotiate with clientsDevelop sales proposalsPrepare and present sales contractsAttend company trainingsRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in personEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationshipsFollow up on sales activityPerform quality checks on product and service deliveryParticipate in sales eventsMonitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Compensation Range:
100% COMMISSION WITH TRAINING AND ADVANCES ON CONTRACTED SALES
