Safety & Office Administrator (Administrative)
Ensure office the Main Office and Colonial House comply with safety regulations.
Oversee maintenance and custodial services, hiring and coordinating contractors as needed.
Approve payments for utilities and services and maintain supply inventory.
Administer our contract management system, ensuring contracts are processed correctly and insurance certificates remain current.
Communicate urgent building access, security, or safety updates to office staff.
Coordinate safety training, support safety meetings, and assist the safety chairperson as needed.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

Qualifications:
Two or more years of office administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and database management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in a team environment.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Knowledge of facility maintenance is helpful.
Compensation Details: Hourly pay range: $25.77 - $38.65. The pay range listed is just one component of Green Diamond's total compensation package. Other rewards include eligibility to receive a company-wide annual financial performance bonus, and the opportunity to receive an individual performance-based bonus, candidate referral bonuses, and spot bonuses.
