Sales Representative- County Materials (Finance)

We are seeking a Sales Representative for our customer, County Materials in Maxwell, IN.

Job Duties:
Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenuePartnering with local municipalities to promote the concrete pipe and precast concrete industry.Building strong customer relationships, addressing challenges, and implementing strategic sales solutions.Analyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in marketPreparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings
Work Environment:
Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience, training, and education.
Experience with precast utility structures, such as concrete pipes and manholes, is a plus.
Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office Suite and ERP)
Effective time management skills
High sales aptitude, self-motivated
Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Effective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong mathematical skills
Work independently, with little supervision
Valid drivers license and a good driving record is a must
