Your Team & Role
As an Oracle ERP Functional Analyst in the Finance and Actuarial Technology team at Prudential, you will collaborate with business users, product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals. Your role involves understanding business requirements, creating design documents, configuring systems, preparing test plans, testing, and debugging applications. You will implement solutions to solve complex financial business problems, onboard new business services, and enhance customer experiences. Bringing strong finance functional knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork capabilities, you'll apply agile methodologies and a focus on continuous learning to all your tasks. Your inclusive attitude and business insight will drive success in our Global Ledger initiatives.
Location: Newark, NJ hybrid and requires a minimum of two days per week in office.
