Supervisor, Preventive Maintenance (Finance)
Position Summary
The Preventive Maintenance Supervisor oversees all preventive maintenance functions required to maximize the life cycle of equipment and reduce the costs of reparative maintenance and the consequences of facility and equipment breakdowns through the oversight of an effective preventive maintenance program. Provides leadership and management of the F&CP Preventive Maintenance Shop.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in the Preventative Maintenance Industry.
Workplace Requirements
This position is exclusively on-site, necessitating all duties to be performed in-person at Facilities &Capital Planning (F&CP) Preventice Maintenance Shop, from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Per Rice policy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change.
This role is classified as an essential position, requiring on-site presence to effectively carry out its vital functions.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, and the hourly rate is $30.34 to $38.65, commensurate with experience and qualifications. *Non-exempt (hourly) positions under FLSA are eligible for overtime.
