Content Strategy Lead (Finance)

As a Content Design Lead, you will collaborate with partners in Product Design, User Research, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and other functions in a highly cross-functional team environment. You'll be a strong advocate for content design as well as an integral part of the user experience team. You're a good fit for this role if you: * Aren't daunted by complex product ecosystems and rapidly changing priorities that require flexibility and agility * Can establish strong collaborative relationships with your cross-functional partners * Are a UX practitioner who can activley contribute overall design direction * Enjoy the challenge of partnering with and influencing other content and product teams to produce high-quality work * Can influence partners and priorities with a user-focused perspective * Like building the craft of content design, through standards, terminology, design systems, tone and voice. * Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and operating in ambiguity * Are flexible to accommodate working across all US time zones
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in content design or related fields
• 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports
• Knowledge of social and mobile experiences
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with product teams (Preferred)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative content strategies
• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for content creation and storytelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement content strategies that are in harmony with the company's business goals while supporting the needs of our customers, providers, and clients.
• Engage in market and user research to deeply understand audiences and incorporate learnings into both strategy and content delivery.
• Develop and maintain compelling, high-quality content that speaks to the identified audience and aligns with the brand's established image.
• Supervise the content strategy and creation across an integrated ecosystem of touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, is integral to ensuring the relevance, consistency, and efficacy of content.
• Monitoring and analyzing content performance through data and analytics to measure success and make improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital media.
• Offer thought leadership and counsel on content strategy to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,100 - 206,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
