Job Description
The Special Projects Division of KPFF is growing and looking for an ambitious and initiative-drivenTalent Acquisition Assistant in Seattle, WA. The Talent Acquisition Assistant must be customer service focused with the ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced, team environment. A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate with technical professionals is essential. The ability to listen and understand expectations, take direction from peers, and communicate effectively and proactively is required.

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate is $55,000-$65000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
