What you will do:
Loan advances and pay downs involve completing GL tickets, working with ImageCentre to index and submit tickets, sending out checks, follow up with confirmation to Property Manager
New loan documentation includes engaging Bank's attorney, draft or review loan documents, discuss requested revisions with Loan Officer, follow up with Loan Ops comments and send out documents for signature
Completion of Closing Procedures (4 hours per file includes prepping loan package, indexing to ImageCentre all required items and follow with loan closed email, update information to various reports)
Monthly invoicing including processing checks for loan fees, preparing GL tickets and sending out new invoices for reimbursable expenses
Processing loan conversions and loan re-amortizations including memo, letter and ImageCentre indexing and ticketing
Loan Amendment preparation and processing
Regular interaction with Loan Ops on new and existing loans
Participate in weekly and monthly Community Advantage meetings
Regular communication with Property Managers and Board Members 10. Knowledge of IBS Insight to assist with existing loan inquiries
Clear insurance and collateral exceptions from Loan Ops
Follow through with loan denial procedures
Monitoring of default customers including requesting information, calculating delinquencies and updating memos/letters
Assist with any projects as needed
Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of general banking experience
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of loan documentation preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000-$60,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
