Maintenance II (Maintenance)

NOW HIRING, MAINTENANCE FULL-TIME / BENEFIT ELIGIBLE / DAY SHIFT
Pines Village Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance worker. Provides maintenance service calls around the facility, carpet cleaning and ensuring safety & security of residents, staff and property. Must be team oriented, self-motivated, require minimal supervision and possess a dedication to quality. This shift is full-time, days and may rotate shift for weekend coverage to cover on a 24/7 basis.

Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
Maintenance experience preferably for retirement community, long-term care facility or apartment complex.
Working knowledge within HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, floor care, grounds/landscaping, painting, and other general building maintenance.
Must be able to learn correct procedures/schedules, follow those procedures/schedules and to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working basic knowledge of computers.
Possess a valid State of Indiana driver's license; have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
