Principal Engineer (Finance)
Working alongside senior management, the position functions as the chief technical authority over new build product lines and FAA Repair Station activities. It is responsible for technical excellence on production support, customer communication, and component maintenance, testing, and repair. It requires knowledge of engineering principles, theories and industry practices to provide support for 14 CFR Part 145 component repair solutions, PMA parts, and 14 CFR Parts 23, 25, 27, 29, and 33 design, certification, and production. In addition to the technical aspects the position will also provide leadership and mentoring to other engineers and direct, coordinate, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. All duties will be performed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Principal Engineer shall have added authority to coordinate and delegate activities of subordinate engineers as necessary by performing the following duties personally.
