We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotions to drive showroom traffic and maximize sales opportunities.Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, goals, and forecasts.Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure alignment with market demand and dealership objectives.Collaboration: Work closely with the finance department to streamline the sales process and assist customers with financing options. Coordinate with the service and parts departments to address customer needs.
