- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of corporate office procedures and practices, organizational levels and reporting relationships
- Experience preparing/maintaining accurate records/reports- Coordinate routine matters; on-site, off-site and conference call meetings; travel; and other assignments
- Track departmental expenses and yearly budgets
- Maintain department schedules, vacation schedules and other paid time off
- Maintain department compliance on initiatives
- Ensure new associates have proper forms for new hire onboarding
- Provide administrative support and problem-solving assistance to other executive assistants
- Assist in the coordination of company activities as needed by the vice president
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, discretion and good judgment in setting priorities, answering correspondences and coordinating various meetings and conference calls
- Act as a direct reflection of the executive to provide the leadership and direction necessary to exemplify the dignity of that office
- Ensure accurate, efficient processing and disposition of written correspondence and verbal communications directed to the executive or staff
- Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems
- Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
