The Property Services Administrator provides support in the management and maintenance of properties. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee residential rental properties. Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness. Manage the day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties. Interview and recruit to fill staffing needs. Create employee shift schedules. Create and monitor and complete daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors, etc. Facilitate communication between operations and front office to be updating guests/owners as necessary. Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments. Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners. Warehouse organization and tracking- laundry and unit inventory.
