Human Resources Intern (Human Resources)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.Participate in training and development programs, helping to organize materials and logistics.Assist with HR projects and research as needed.Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.Maintain HR documentation and assist in updating policies and procedures.Assist in the recruitment process as needed.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION:
High School or GED required.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must interact and communicate both verbally and in written form.Must interact and exchange information regarding patients with physicians and other departmental personnel, and outside agencies on a frequent basis while respecting the confidentiality of patient information.
