The Loan Admin Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Mortgage Warehouse lending staff through multiple functions associated with funding and paying down WLOC wires and managing collateral. In this role, you will work closely with the RM's, WLOC clients, and other members of the operation team to facilitate completion of the functions previously listed and deliver a high level of customer service as well as maintaining the department's compliance with all published policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
Perform a broad variety of WLOC operational functions such as funding wires, processing pay downs, and receiving and shipping collateral
Setup outbound wire requests in Webloc and verify wire instructions
Process inbound wire pay downs
Cross train for other operational functions including end of day balancing and billing process.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' banking and/or loan experience; commercial real estate loan servicing preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization and time-management with keen attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word
Knowledge and understanding of various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices, and audit control procedures

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $42,000-$60,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
