ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Simmons Operating systems principles and objectives: Is familiar with Simmons' established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position's role in support of these systems - including a consideration of the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas.
P erforms other duties as necessary in support of business objectives: This position description is intended to guide the activities of the Job Title and is not intended to limit the thinking and creativity of the person to the work of this function nor is it intended that this describe all the work that may be required of the person in this position.
Physical Activities: Must be able to work in extreme temperatures in and outdoors, including varying weather conditions, work on feet entire day, lift and move up to 70 pounds from any body level.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Leather gloves, safety glasses, safety vest, steel toed shoes

T echnical Experience: N/A
Industry Experience: Preference for poultry or food processing organization.
Minimum Education : Forklift license required for 54006. Drivers license required for operating company motor vehicles.
Preferred Education : High School Diploma or GED.
Competencies: Good teamwork, must have the ability to make good decisions and communicate effectively with others and leadership team.
