Health Equity Specialist (Full Time Hybrid- NC based role) (Project Management)
The Health Equity Specialist focuses on reducing disparities, improving service access and outcomes for marginalized populations and underserved communities, and enhances Alliance Health's initiatives, ongoing programs, and services.
The Health Equity Specialist position will allow the successful candidate the ability to work a remote schedule, however there will be events that are required in person to work (Ex: Community fairs, Health events, etc.) This position also includes some evenings and weekends, so a flexible schedule is required with advanced notice.

Minimum Requirements-
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's from an accredited college or university in public health, education, social sciences, or related field and two (2) years of experience working in a public health, education, or a social science role including one (1) full-time year of work experience in community outreach, community health planning, research, or event planning.
Preferred:
Certification in Public Health, CHES, MCHES
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-
Salary Range
$58,470-$77,486
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
