Vault Associate 3rd Shift (Maintenance)

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Vault Associate 3rd Shift who will provide ongoing inspection and quality control to ensure client product accuracy.  In addition, maintain the integrity of the vault contents while maintaining the workflow from the Vault to Production, Product Fulfillment and Product Delivery departments.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Pull, count and ready cards for Production using Production pull sheets.
• Pull and count cards for daily shipment for CSR requests.
• Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock.
• Update JAAMS system when moving stock.
• Pull cards to create generic sample cards for Visa, MC and or the client.
• Perform JAAMS remakes to insure real time inventory is up to date.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma.  
• 1-3 years of inventory experience.
