AL Activities Coordinator, Memory Care (Personal Services)
Westminster Suncoast is Looking for dynamic, engaging individual to join a new Assisted Living Memory Care program. This individual will aid in the program development and implementation memory care program. Ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with memory issues, be creative and self motivated to engage and offer exceptional service to the residents we serve.

JOB SUMMARY: Plan, develop and direct the overall operation of the Assisted Living activity department in accordance with regulatory guidelines and our established policies and procedures, and assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet the level of interests and abilities of each resident services and its communities.
- Plan and produce monthly activity calendar. Enter activities into the system.
- Plan and manage resident's entertainment and outings.
- Manage and supervise the work for the Activities Assistants.
- Responsible for maintaining a resident's attendance log to all activities.
- Assist with the coordination of private parties for residents with family members.
- Facilitate Resident Council Meetings and follow up on concerns or issues raised during the meetings.
- Responsible for purchasing and maintaining a inventory of all activity related supplies (including decorations)

Experience
Required- High School Diploma plus a 90-Hour Activity Director Certificate preferred.
