Facility Maintenance Specialist (Finance)

This part-time role (18-30 hours per week) requires travel, with potential overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for facilities, equipment, and vehicle fleet; coordinate and perform maintenance according to the schedule.Conduct regular outreach and schedule on-site visits to identify maintenance needs, responding promptly to repair requests.Complete routine maintenance and repairs for all Elite facilities, including minor repairs and coordinating with vendors for larger or specialized repairs.Report and coordinate repairs with client owned or leased locations based on contract requirements.Act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors to resolve specialized maintenance issues.Comply with lease agreements in relation to repairs and maintenance obligations.Manage vehicle fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicles receive regular service, repairs, and inspections.Implement simple strategies to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs.Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Maintain records of facility inspections, repairs, and vehicle maintenance schedules.Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
