This Benefits Specialist role leads the administration of Equifax's Leave of Absence program while also working in partnership with other Benefits team members on health & welfare tasks. This role provides a unique opportunity to have your hands in multiple benefits arenas and the ability to perform a wide-range of different tasks which leads to opportunities for growth and advancement.
What you'll do
Provide white-glove support to Employees/HRBPs/Managers regarding leave of absence (LOA) support. Meet with HRBPs to discuss unique leave cases. Act as a liaison between employees and the 3rd party LOA vendor partner.
Manage the relationship and administration with the 3rd party LOA vendor partner.
Create and maintain educational LOA materials for Employees and Managers.
Partner with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payments to LOA employees, including auditing payroll data.
Identify and implement enhancements to LOA processes to improve stakeholder experience.
Ongoing management of Paid Family Leave and Sick Time laws.
Provide collaborative administrative support to health and welfare plans, including new parent benefits, well-being programming support, etc.
Participate in special projects, as needed. Projects may include Annual Enrollment, M&A activities, new process development, new benefit/vendor onboarding, etc.
What experience you need
2-5 years experience in Benefits or Leave of Absence administration
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field is preferred
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
