Preferred Experience & Skills:
What Makes You Stand Out:
IT Infrastructure and Operations is the only department in the Division/Enterprise that does what it does (providing Hardware and Software infrastructure to the organization). It is highly specialized, technical, and requires a high level of standard to execute. Infrastructure work has very little room for error, and has the potential to bring-down an entire organization with very small mistakes (i.e. accuracy and precision matters). Despite our move to Cloud as an organization, there is a substantial amount of assets that remain on-premises, and it's very likely Infrastructure will always need to exist to some degree, in other words, this work is not going away, and will continue to play a critical role for the company in its ability to conduct business. The Project Management expertise required to be successful in IA&O is above and beyond the typical experience given this high stakes, sometimes physical, and critical nature of the work.
