The Guest Services Specialist at Safe Harbor Jamestown Resort & Marina in Jamestown, Kentucky is responsible for assisting members and guests with their immediate needs. This may include, but not limited to, registering guests of the hotel and cabins; giving information on the facility, products and services; assisting with reservations; maintaining a maintenance request log and deploying proper teammates to assist; deployment of water taxis and land shuttles via marine band radio; and collecting payments and insurance data.
