Weekend Respiratory Therapist (Healthcare)

The Pines at Placerville is looking for a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. Our facility is known for its exceptional care and supportive work environment, making it a great place to build a rewarding career.

Hours would be Friday-Sunday 8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders
• Develop and implement respiratory care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Perform diagnostic tests such as lung capacity measurements
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in the state of California
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
