OE Project Manager (Biotech)

This OE Project Manager role exists to provide key support for the OPEX Leadership to deliver business results by working with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and taking accountability for execution and delivery. The OE Project Manager II can lead and independently influence teams across the site and is expected to contribute to and execute the OE strategy, participating in system roll out and sustainability that support the business in continuous process improvement efforts, support the daily management system and culture change. Typical efforts will be in driving assigned initiatives, independently running improvement activities for the site, and supporting site wide initiatives led by senior members of the OE team. The role leads general OE programs and training, such as New Hire, 5S/6S, White Belt and Yellow Belt as well as mentoring White and Yellow belt Trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and coach teams in process improvement methods to solve problems and increase business capability.
Plan and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean/DMAIC, driving throughput and improving scalability.
Coordinate internal initiatives from planning to delivery, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Develop OE strategies, facilitate Kaizen events, and create business cases to secure resources for projects.
Support site-wide initiatives and collaborate with teams to accelerate improvements.
Share best practices across the site and global network to drive learning and improvements.
Analyze data to guide decision-making and coach teams on performance monitoring and sustainability.
Modify and facilitate training to expand Lean capabilities and coach trainees to project completion and certification.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering tangible results.
Proficient in process improvement tools and methodologies.
Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
Experience leading multiple LSS projects.
3-5 years of experience in an OE role or a similar role.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Minitab, MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, SharePoint.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Must become gown qualified.

The full-time base annual salary for this onsite position is expected to range between $103,500.00 and $120,75.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
