Head of Finance and HR (Project Management)
The Head of Finance and HR at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History is responsible for leading the daily activities and staff that provide professional administrative support, financial management, budget planning, and human resources management for the department. This position is responsible for delivering effective financial management and oversight for the museum's budget, accounting duties, financial analysis, budget and report preparation, human resources processes, including payroll coordination, and policy development. This position reports to the Director and supervises 2 full-time staff and 0-4 Peak and/or part-time employees as needed.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.
