In Home Caregiver (Healthcare)

Bennington Home Health Care is looking for caring and compassionate in home caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Bennington Home health Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

*External candidates for this role may be eligible for $400 sign-on bonus, $150 paid after 3 months of employment and $250 after 6 months of employment, subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus agreement.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Qualifications:

Must be over the age of 18
Must have a reliable transportation method
Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of our clients is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
Complete a full criminal background check
