Develop and implement compliance plans for all business lines and modalities for the company. Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain effective privacy compliance programs. The leader will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for privacy compliance matters and educate and collaborate with leadership as well as business and division teams regarding the impact of existing, new, and changing requirements pertaining to privacy to help ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
4+ years of diversified leadership, communication, organization, and people motivation skills or equivalent experience
8+ years of professional experience
5+ years of experience in privacy compliance

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations
Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills with attention to detail and thorough documentation practices
Ability to organize and prioritize work based on changing and challenging deadlines

Any prior privacy compliance management or consulting experience
Current privacy certification
Lead internal cross functional teams for advancing privacy strategy development and implementation of enterprise privacy compliance plans
Serve as the privacy SME and remain current on evolving privacy regulations, standards, directives, and industry guidance
Educate internal team members and external parties on privacy compliance regulations, processes, and procedures
Advise business unit leadership on best practices related to privacy to ensure compliance
Provide guidance to executives in executing privacy risk assessments and implementing corrective action and mitigation strategies
Review reports and conduct broad, in depth, analysis of privacy compliance metrics to identify trends and lead the resolution of potential vulnerabilities
Collaborate with leadership to respond to privacy-related inquiries from regulators
Collaborate with corporate affairs to comment and lobby on federal and state legislative matters. Participate in industry forums related to privacy
Lead projects at the direction of the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and the Privacy Officer
Ability to travel independently, including to oversee training and audits
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide direct feedback to direct reports
