Technical Publications Designer (Finance)
Support Engineering and Product Management in developing user manuals, instruction sheets, installation posters, department SOP's and any other publications as required. Must have strong organizational skills, technical writing skills and be able to create graphics for these publications from engineering Cad Solid Works models. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.Key Competencies:

- Extensive knowledge in the creation of Engineering support materials, including layout, design, interacting with third parties, proofreading, and printing.

- Effective oral and written communications skills with all levels of business.
- Proficient use of a PC and general Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to use Adobe Creative Suite (PC version), Solid Works, Creative Suite (a plus) to generate graphic designs, publications, format conversion, language translations, to prepare documents for print.
- Helps coordinate product updates with business partners
Education Requirements
- Minimum of Associates Degree from an accredited university, Technical Communications and Graphics Design preferred.
- Five years of proven working experience in the technical communications role.

- Coordinate Pre-press functions with vendors to develop the most efficient and cost effective way to produce various forms of technical publications.
- Manage the proofing for all publications and develop a multi department proofing process team.
- Create product artists' conceptual drawings.
- Process ER's in Epdm
- Support Customer Service with engineering data and specifications.
- Manage the acquisition of language translations and incorporate these translations into our technical publications as required.
- Artistic talent required
