The Human Resources (HR) Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring employee development programs to drive employee engagement, performance, talent mobility and culture development. You will help the organization build capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and process.
In this role, you will report to the Assistant Vice President over OD&L within the Human Resources department.

Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $64,400 to $111,000 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
Sponsorship: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
