POSITION SUMMARY:
The Resident Assistant (RA) at Northside Common Ministries (NCM) plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and orderly environment for residents. The RA is responsible for supervising residents, enforcing shelter rules, conducting safety checks, and providing assistance with daily activities and needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a commitment to the mission of NCM.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Travel Required: No travel required.
External Hiring Range: $15.75 up to $16.38/hour
Schedule: Shifts 8a-4p (Monday-Friday) or 4pm-12pm (Thursday-Tuesday)
