Essity Middletown is currently seeking manufacturing employees, who have the ability and aptitude to progress to the top position in each department, while supporting our high standards of safety. Newly hired employees begin work as a Labor Reserve, where they learn the processes and equipment. Typical responsibilities, for a Labor Reserve employee, vary greatly based on work assigned. This position requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment. This position pays $26.69/per hour, with premium paid time, paid holidays, and paid time off during your first year of employment.

What You Will Do
- Work in a safe manner , while wearing all applicable personal protective equipment
- Learn entry level position, which includes housekeeping, operating mobile equipment, operating cranes, operating machinery, complying with Essity standards, and training to advance
- Maintain communication with all crews and team members involved in your work area
- Comply with testing requirements for finished product
- Complete all documentation needed for operations
- Utilize basic math skills, including reading and understanding measuring tools
- Utilitze computer skills for daily operations
