Delivery drivers will be responsible for transporting orders from our retail stores to our customers. They will be responsible for ensuring precise and safe delivery of our product, ensuring high quality customer satisfaction and positive representation of the Skymint brand.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Delivery of customer orders from our retail stores to our customer.
Reviewing orders before delivery.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
Ensure delivery logs are accurately filled out and filed.
Provide excellent customer service.
Follow state regulations regarding the transport and delivery of product.
Have a solid understanding of all compliance regulations provided by the CRA.
Maintain controls and procedures to ensure delivery process remains compliant.
Support store team and sales when not needed for deliveries.
Willingness to be flexible and adapt for needs of the business.
Qualifications:
Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent guest service skills
Desire to develop knowledge of our products and services
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a background check
Basic computer and information technology skills
Must have valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
Physical requirements- ability to sit/stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 30lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Delivery experience
Prior sales and retail experience
Prior cannabis industry knowledge
Experience in a heavily regulated environment
