EPL Project Manager Reports to: General Manager Travel: Occasionally to Project Sites Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Irrigation and Landscape Project Manageroversees all aspects of landscape construction projects, with a specific focus on projects being completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and crews throughout the process. The Project Manager is responsible for assisting in planning and procurement of resources, handling and reporting project financials, and organizing the business documents related to the project. The Project Manager would also work directly with higher management to streamline the entire project management process to ensure the project has a set direction for success and it meets this definition of success at the completion period Key Responsibilities: Analyze project plans and specifications to develop detailed project budgets and timelines Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions Conduct client meetings to discuss project scope, design options, and address concerns Provide regular project updates to clients, including status reports and progress photos Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction with the completed project Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with clients, subcontractors, and crew members Thorough understanding of project financials for projecting, reporting on, and submitting monthly billings Capability to lead and motivate Teams (AP/AR Administrators, Project Engineer Dept, Superintendents, and Foremen)
