The Career Framework/Development Partner , plays a meaningful role in managing the Equifax Career Framework globally to ensure that it best supports our employees with their career development goals. Serving as the career framework point of contact, the Career Development Partner is an internal consultant to managers and HR Business Partners, working across geographies and lines of business to understand needs, identify challenges and propose solutions. As a member of the Global Talent Management team, the Career Development Partner closely collaborates with Talent Management Specialists and Learning & Organizational Development Consultants, participating in a variety of strategic initiatives to foster a strong career development culture at Equifax.
What you will do
Consult with HR Business Partners and managers across the globe on Connections Career Framework usage and job alignment to the framework that supports global consistency
Serve as the Connections Career Framework lead and primary point of contact for Connections related matters; including mapping new roles, organizational alignment discussions, and any framework associated concerns or issues
Maintain multi-language website content, including the Job Profile Portal, to ensure employees have access to relevant career tools and resources
Analyze Connections metrics and identifies trends, issues or opportunities that could benefit the business and overall Career Development strategies
Contribute to the creation, adoption and administration of career development tools and resources
Develop and maintain an education cadence for existing and incoming HR Business Partners globally to ensure their understanding of the Connections Career Framework, how it informs the Compensation infrastructure and the resources available throughout the myCareer hub
Play a key role in acquisition integration projects; educate incoming HR team members on our Career Framework, recommend mappings for acquired jobs and partner with the Compensation team to align mapped roles to the compensation structure and actively engage in deployment planning, communication and education for acquired organization employees
Contribute to global career development projects
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Career Development strategy
Apply sound project management to all projects, delivering company wide, large scale projects on-time, within budget and with agreed upon effectiveness
Apply external best practices in-house
What you bring
5 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources, as an HR Business Partner/Generalist, Talent Acquisition Partner or L&OD Specialist having focus in OD and Career Development
Strong communication and presentation skills that demonstrate an ability to clearly and concisely communicate career concepts
Confidence and a demonstrated ability to make recommendations to business leaders and HR Business Partners
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong collaborator, able to influence and build support
Hands-on experience implementing enterprise-wide, large scale, initiatives
Demonstrated expertise using Excel / Google Sheets in working with large data sets to identify trends and provide data to stakeholders in an easily consumable format
Strong overall computer literacy, with hands-on experience with talent/career technology
Ability to execute in a fast paced, changing and matrixed environment
Organized, self-motivated, and delivers on commitments
Proven customer service orientation
Ability to operate independently with low supervision
