Housekeeping Supervisor (Maintenance)
Our Housekeeping Supervisor Will:
Proactively lead, direct and oversee housekeepers in accordance with company expectations and local, state and federal standards and regulations.Manage rotational cleaning schedule to maintain resident apartments thoroughly including floors, furniture, kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, fixtures, trash removal, etc. in accordance with service plan and schedule. Inspect resident refrigerators for expired food and removal as needed.Manage resident linen service including the removal and wash/dry/fold linens, towels, and personal items. Assemble bed linens and returns clean linens to storage area.Ensure the Community remains at an exceptional level of presentation by ensuring resident common areas such as floors, furniture, kitchen/snack bar, refrigerators, bathrooms, fixtures, elevator, doors, outside area, etc. are clean, in working order and odor free.Ensure proper storage and usage of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
