Quality Control Manager - NAS Corpus Christi, TX (Personal Services)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will act as the on-site quality control point of contact for the contract to which they are assigned. The QCM is the first-line inspection authority for ensuring contractual requirements are met and senior management is made aware of issues to the contrary. The QCM is authorized to commit the organization's resources as necessary to perform the requirements of the contract quality control program. The QCM will support the Corporate QC Department. The QCM must have the skills, knowledge, and experience to manage various aspects of the contract.

Structure:
This position reports to the Quality Control Manager at Corporate and is an independent authority of the Project Manager while working alongside the Project Manager and Supervisors. This position communicates regularly with the Project Manager and Supervisors to inform them of deficiencies or the need to correct a discrepancy.
