Education Program Coordinator (Project Management)
This position is based in the College of Medicine Simulation Center, overseeing daily operations and facilitating simulation events. This role will coordinate scheduled activities in simulation center, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively to meet program and student needs. Working under general supervision, the individual will manage the complexities of simulation events to enhance learning and outcomes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and experience in simulation education or a related field is preferred.
Provides support and assistance in the identification, development and delivery of educational programs or initiatives. Typically works under general supervision, while performing assignments that are varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involve limited responsibility.

Required Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
