Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Educate residents and their families on therapy exercises and progress strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in California
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients regain independence
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with staff and residents
- New graduates and experienced therapists welcome!
