As a Membership Services Specialist, you will help support our Welcome Center and the families and individuals we serve by creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing superior customer and concierge services. Using strong customer service skills, a collaborative and hard-working mindset, and a positive and supportive attitude, the Member Services Specialist is responsible for quality customer service by problem-solving and resolving member concerns, providing exceptional member and program experience through the communication and execution of member benefits and special initiatives, and accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks. You will act as a liaison between our program staff and membership teams to ensure efficient communications are passed on to the appropriate parties and follow-up is provided for members and visitors.
To thrive in this position, you have proven customer service success in a fast-paced environment and experience in coordinating activities or events. You are computer proficient and able to transition between multiple software systems seamlessly. You are highly engaging with the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all segments of the community as well as be discrete relative to member status and personal information.
