Schedule : Union Position which requires complete open availability (Days/evenings/weekends/holidays). Position is primarily mornings from 5a-2:30p.

For this role, we are seeking candidates who:
- Have at least three (3) years of professional culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant kitchen
- Have open schedule availability, able to work AMs, PMs, weekdays, weekends and holidays. Schedule will vary based on business need.
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
Wage:$24.08 per hour
