About the Role:
3D Systems is looking for an experienced operator who performs manual labor along a production line, operates and troubleshoots production line tools, equipment, machinery, and computers, and may perform minor repairs as necessary.
Position Location: Onsite in Rock Hill, SC, at our Flagship Marine Drive Site

- Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - 20.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. 3D Systems considers factors such as (but are not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
What We Are Looking For:
- At least (1) year of assembly experience
- High School Diploma or GED; AA degree preferred
- Troubleshoot production line machinery
- Responsible for component-level quality assurance; adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications; reject product outside of specifications
- Follow standard operation procedures with minimal supervision
- Complete daily production logs
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes & procedures
- Communicate with peers and manager related to line activities and issues
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid chang
