Analyst, Population Health (Finance)

Under the leadership of the Product Management Team, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Technology Analyst to join our team, focusing on population health management and healthcare interoperability solutions. This role is vital in supporting our mission to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery through advanced technology and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging healthcare technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of population health analytics tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of best practices for data governance and interoperability standards
- Assist in evaluating and implementing healthcare IT solutions that align with organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on population health management and/or interoperability
- Understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, EMR/EHR systems, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations and standards, including the Cures Act
- Experience with population health management strategies and value-based care models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine learning and AI applications in healthcare
- Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare solutions
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
- Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Familiarity with Valued based care models
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
