As an Associate Creative Director, Art Direction, you'll help shape the creative vision for the agency, leading concept development and visual execution across a range of integrated, culture-driven campaigns. From experiential activations to talent partnerships, influencer-led content, and immersive brand storytelling, you'll craft visually compelling work that pushes boundaries and resonates with audiences.

We're looking for a big-ideas thinker with a sharp design eye, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and a passion for bringing bold creative to life across platforms. You'll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, and account teams to deliver work that feels fresh, relevant, and visually stunning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• In partnership with Associate Creative Director, Copywriter - lead concept development for fully integrated campaigns, including digital, social, experiential, influencer collaborations, and branded content.
• Design visually striking creative that tells a compelling story across multiple touchpoints.
• Shape and maintain brand aesthetics, ensuring visual consistency across all executions.
• Develop experiential and event-based activations, creating unique brand experiences that live beyond traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with talent and influencer teams to craft visually cohesive content that feels authentic and engaging.
• Direct photoshoots, video productions, and design executions to bring big ideas to life.
• Confidently present creative ideas to senior client leads and internal teams, delivering a compelling, strategic point of view on cultural relevance and audience engagement.
• Mentor junior designers and art directors, fostering a high-energy, innovative creative environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 7+ years of art direction/design experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior creative role.
• Comfortability operating within an IAT with multiple creative voices.
• A standout portfolio showcasing bold, concept-driven work - including non-traditional creative like experiential, influencer-led storytelling, and talent-driven campaigns.
• Expertise in social-first creative, motion design, and emerging digital platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability - able to craft compelling narratives visually.
• A deep understanding of culture, trends, and audience behaviors to inform fresh, relevant creative.
• Strong presentation skills and experience working directly with clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

$86,000 - $138,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
