The HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and functionality of Inspira's HRIS, ADP Lyric HCM, ensuring HR processes run smoothly through data accuracy, system enhancements, and automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing workflows to improve HR operations.
The HRIS Analyst will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to manage system updates, enhance user experience, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
System Administration:
Manage, maintain, and optimize ADP Lyric HCM configurations, permissions, and workflows.
Investigate and resolve system errors, user access issues, and data inconsistencies.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.
Data Management & Reporting:
Develop, run, and analyze HR reports on employee records, compensation, benefits, and compliance metrics.
Create and maintain dashboards to help HR leadership track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure data integrity through routine audits and proactive issue resolution.
User Support & Training:
Act as the HRIS point of contact for HR teams, managers, and end-users, offering troubleshooting and best practices.
Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support system adoption.
Provide ongoing support to HR and business leaders, helping them leverage system capabilities effectively.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy laws, security policies, and company regulations.
Monitor user access levels and safeguard sensitive employee data.
ProcessImprovement & Collaboration:
Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement system enhancements to streamline workflows.
Assist in compensation cycles, onboarding/offboarding, and other HR initiatives requiring system expertise.
Proactively explore new HRIS features and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
